Community privacy notice

When you take part in our community, we ask for a display name and email address. You can submit without creating an account.

Information you submit

We collect the name, email, message and any photographs you choose to submit. We also use technical information needed to protect the service from spam and abuse.

What other people see

Only approved messages, your chosen display name and approved photographs are publicly displayed. Your email address is not shown publicly and is available only to authorized AETHELSOHN® administrators. Automated review tools may assist with reviewing submitted text and photos without receiving your email address; final publication decisions belong to our team.

Review and retention

Posts and replies are reviewed before publication. Rejected photos may be removed. We retain submissions as needed to operate and protect the community, subject to applicable legal obligations. Approved content may remain visible until removed by our team.

Your choices

To ask about your data or request removal of a community submission, email support@aethelsohnwatch.com. Include the post title and the email you submitted so we can help locate it. We may need to verify ownership before processing a request.

Use of photographs

Submitting photos permits us to display them within the Community after review. This does not grant us separate permission to use the photos in paid advertising; we will request permission for that separately.
